Responsibly Sourced Minerals Policy Statement
We actively support the responsible sourcing of minerals across our entire global supply chain.
Our Commitment
We strive to ensure that any materials used in our products containing tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold (collectively known as 3TG), as well as other relevant minerals such as cobalt or nickel, do not directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups or contribute to human rights violations.
Expectations of Our Suppliers
We collaborate closely with our supplier network. We expect all our suppliers to:
- Adopt similar ethical sourcing policies and cascade these requirements down through their own supply chains.
- Conduct due diligence on their material sources in alignment with OECD Due Diligence Guidance.
- Complete and return reporting templates when requested, such as the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) or Extended Minerals Reporting Template (EMRT), to identify the smelters and refiners in our supply chain.
- Source exclusively from smelters and refiners that have been certified as compliant by independent third parties, such as the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI).
Compliance and Transparency
We regularly review our supply chain relationships based on compliance with this policy. If we discover a supplier is sourcing from non-compliant entities, we will work with them to implement corrective actions or, if necessary, re-evaluate our business relationship.
